Hey there,
My goal is to have 2 monitors with no neighbouring walls or corners, with only possibility of moving between them by a "move mouse" hotkey.
From what I've gathered, detaching would be the way to do this, but the "detached" checkbox is constantly grayed out. I've tried using same resolutions and stuff, changing which monitor is primary, disabling and reenabling monitors.
Any solution?

I should probably add that I'm running Win XP SP2, and UltraMon 3.09, 32-bit.

This isn't supported. UltraMon can treat a monitor as detached from the desktop, the mirroring feature uses this, but this also prevents the mouse and applications from getting moved to the monitor.
