hi i encounter this problem im using windows 7 x64 bit

You're running UltraMon in Vista compatibility mode, to fix this right-click UltraMon.exe (in folder C:\Program Files\UltraMon), select Properties from the menu, then select the Compatibility tab and uncheck 'Run this program in compatibility mode'.
