I run Windows 7 and Ultramon 3.0.9RC and I get fuzzy screens from time to time which gets worse at some stages during the day. Is they anything to do with Ultramon?

Seems very unlikely, my guess would be the video card driver or a hardware issue. To verify this check if you still have the problem if UltraMon isn't running or installed.
