I can't solve this issue. It's pain in the ass since Vista x64.
My current operating system is Win 7 x64 Prof. UltraMon 3.010 x64

Does it do the same thing without UltraMon installed? It looks like you have the screen divided into partitions, possible via the software that came with the video card.

Actually I don't know. Nevertheless I'm having this problem on both my laptops with different OS and graphics (Intel & ATI).
