When tiling windows on one (of three) monitors, all windows on all monitors are tiled. Is it possible to only tile the windows on a specific monitor?

UltraMon (version 3) can do this, right-click the UltraMon taskbar and select This Monitor > Tile... from the menu (on the main taskbar you'll need to right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray, then select Window Management from the menu).
There are also hotkeys for per-monitor Tile, Show Desktop, etc.

Christian: Thanks for the prompt reply. I followed your instructions, and it still tiles all windows on all monitors.
My OS is: Windows XP SP3

Not sure what would cause this, works fine for me on XP. One issue I'm aware of is that maximized windows on other monitors get restored to normal size, that's actually a Windows issue though, not sure if there's a workaround for this.
