I get 3 or 5 forgot to count pop up as if I am using non supported commend-line arguments. I use none that I know of don't even see how to add them.
Pop up Warning just lists supported command-line arguments. Why do I need to know this with a loud thud when I reboot when I don't use any?
In the startup there is ultramon.exe and UltraMonTaskbar.exe no command line arguments included.
Thanks

You'll get this if either application is started with unsupported command line arguments, not sure how that would happen though.
To fix this, delete both UltraMon shortcuts in the Start Menu > Programs > Startup folder, then repair your UltraMon installation (Control Panel > Programs and Features, select UltraMon, then click on Repair).

I have had the same issue lately not sure when it started perhaps with latest update but not sure.
Using XP Prof - was not in start but in Current User Run. I moved it to start folder instead rebooted.. same popup listing command line switches I have no need to know.
Than did repair -with XP its option under add and remove programs. Rebooted....
Same popup have to kill by OK "I don't need to know this info!"
Now the icon is in the tray, all 4 monitors look normal but it is not in start up and its not in start up in Current User Run (using StartED). but its running and still get the popup on reboot.

Not sure what might cause this, you should have an entry for UltraMon either in the Startup folder or the registry. Please try if reinstalling UltraMon fixes the problem.
