I found an interesting scenario. My c:\ drive got all screwed up so I installed a new drive (f:\) and reinstalled everything. If I try to run visual studio 2008, or really any program using "Run as Administrator", ultramon throws an error saying it can't find the exe in c:\program files\...
Wasn't sure if anyone else was seeing this issue or not, it's happening on Win7 Ultimate 32-bit and version 3.0.8 of UltraMon.

Happened with 3.0.8 if UltraMon wasn't installed on the C: drive, the issue has been fixed in 3.0.9.
