I just noticed after changing wallpaper, that the left side of the background image (when stretched proportional) had a black/dark bar, kinda like a box effect.
I have changed the image in paint to match the image and monitor proportions to get rid of it.
I am using white as background color.
Using Ultramon 3.0.10 @ Win 7 UL 64bit

I've been able to reproduce the issue, seems to be a scaling artifact. I'll look into this, not sure though if there's a fix.
