I've just started using Server 2008 R2 with the latest Remote Desktop Connection client. It allows "Use all my monitors for the remote session."
This is an elegant way to use a dual monitor display within a terminal server session. I notice that Ultramon has Windows 7 support but does it also support Windows Server 2008 R2 and this dual monitor display mode?

Works fine, I wasn't aware of this myself. The remote session actually has multiple virtual monitors instead of only a single one, so all UltraMon features work as expected.

That's great - I'll try it out this week. Thanks!

Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise also both support this feature as host. You need the Remote Desktop 7 client on the client side, but that is available for all Windows versions from XP on up.
