Hi!
For some reason webpages including flash content wont load properly when i use the MultiBrowser3.vbs script, if i start the browser normaly and navigate to the same page it loads just fine, is there some security setting when starting Internet Explorer from .vbs that prevents flash content from being shown?

Are you on 64-bit Windows? If yes, the script will run in 64-bit mode, and will launch 64-bit IE, which doesn't support Flash.
To launch the script in 32-bit mode, you would need to run the 32-bit version of wscript.exe and pass it the script as an argument, like this:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\wscript.exe "C:\Temp\MultiBrowser3.vbs"
