When enabling custom window-placements, Utramon appears to swap out the "TARGET" field in the shortcut with its own custom app-launcher, which then positions the application as desired.
This approach works fine for all previous versions of Windows... However, Windows 7' taskbar presents a side-effect:
If I have a shortcut with a custom window-placement "pinned" to my taskbar, when I launch that application, it doesn't use the icon from the shortcut for the now running app; it creates a new icon on the taskbar.
Though it is not a big deal, it is definitely not desired behaviour. If possible, I would suggest finding a way to achieve window-placements other than using a custom app-launcher. Perhaps some code inside one of the already running Ultramon processes to detect the launched program and then move it?

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into this for a future release.
