I'm running Win7 and Visual Studio 2008 with 2 monitors. I have Visual Studio running on the 2nd monitor and my app on the first.
When I attach to process to debug my app I cannot then get the taskbar on the second monitor to pop up. Even after finishing debugging it remains the same. When I minimize the VS window then I can get the taskbar back though this isn't a reliable methid either.

So far I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, testing was done on 64-bit Windows 7 with UltraMon 3.0.10 and Visual Studio 2008.
All taskbars were set to autohide, when debugging an application running on the primary monitor, with Visual Studio on a secondary monitor, moving the mouse to the bottom of the monitor with Visual Studio brought up the UltraMon taskbar.
Let me know if I need to do something special to reproduce this issue.

Almost same issue here.
When I hit a breakpoint in my code, it freezes the smart task bar on secondary monitor.

Which version of UltraMon, Windows and Visual Studio are you using?
