not sure if that's called context menu at all, so here's the screen to set things straight:

so, i've just setup ultramon the other day and was disappointed the very first moment - just why on earth would you push up the most important link in the context menu - the Close link?!
more than 9 years i've been clicking on that Close link thousand times a day and now that it has been shifted, it slows down my work routine..
please tell me if there's any way to put UltraMon links on top of the menu? (Just Above "Restore" link)

That's supported, you can change the position of the UltraMon menu commands under UltraMon Options > Buttons and Menu Commands.
