i find this prozess in my computer and I want to ask what this used for? I have found it belong to realtime soft. at last I want to ask, can I stop this prozess?

UltraMon doesn't use a file named RTSHookInteropPS.exe.
It does use two similarly named files though, RTSHookInterop.exe and RTSHookInteropPS.dll. These are used to provide support for 32-bit applications on 64-bit Windows for things like the window buttons.
