there is a game that provides multiple monitor support, but it is quite old. It is called subspace. It is a space ship game that is multiplayer only. For multi monitor support you need a dual head card that can support double wide resolutions like 1600x600 or 2048x768. You then have an advantage over other players because you can see more of the play area at once. I don't think they planned for multimonitor support, but the program allows you to pick from any of the resolutions that your video card will support.
