Up to now, I have been using two 22" inches monitors (LG L225WS and LG 226WTQ) on a system with NVIDIA 8600GS, running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, both set to 1680x1050.
Everything was fine, one monitor on DVI and the second on VGA. After installing Ultramon, the VGA monitor is stuck to low resolutions. The system does not allow me to change to 16:9 resolutions whatever I do (I want to get back to 1680x1050).
When changing settings via the Windows panel, the monitor goes black, refusing to display the settings. When using the NVIDIA or Ultramon panels, the changes simply do not take effect (after pressing OK, the process of "applying" the settings goes on but showing in the end no differences....)
Seriously, is there anybody that can help me on this?
and all this just because I thought that it would be a good idea to have different wallpapers on each monitor... what a fool....)

Which version of UltraMon did you install, and does uninstalling UltraMon fix the problem?
