I save my desktop icons, when i move them to test it, they are moved to incorrect positions and icons I hadn't moved are also moved to other positions. Any help would be appreciated.
Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, Res. 1440x900, GeForce 9800 GT.

You could get this if you have icons whose names start with the same character(s). This is an issue on Windows 7/Vista, currently there is no fix for this, but should be fixed in the next release.
