Windows 7 has a feature of shuffling selected pictures/picture folders. Does Ultramon have such feature for multi-monitor setup?

Currently not, support for this will be considered for a future release. But you could use one of the ChangeWallpaper or UltraMon Wallpaper Auto Changer scripts to do this.
