We are using Windows 7 X64 and most of the time, it works fine. But sometimes the program cloeses without any message or error. The UltraMonTaskbar.exe is still runnimg but the UltraMon.exe is missing.

Do you have an error message for UltraMon.exe in Event Viewer when this happens?
