I have two screens running perfectly off my 1 video card two outputs desktop. Is there a way for ultra mon to know about my laptop screen and manage it as well as one extended desktop? Or at least so the laptop monitor can cut/paste/copy back and forth to the two desktop monitors?

UltraMon can't do this, but you could use the laptop as a 3rd monitor with MaxiVista.
