After working for several months, UltraMon Taskbar started crashing every time I loaded it with the following error:
=========================================== UltraMon Taskbar encountered a fatal error and will exit.
More Information:
Version: 3.0.10 OS: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 x32 Source file: .\DeskTaskBarManager.cpp Line: 871 Return Value: 0 Last error: 127 ===========================================

You'll get this error if the UltraMon taskbar fails to determine on which monitor the main taskbar is located.
If you close the error message, then start UltraMonTaskbar.exe from C:\Program Files\UltraMon manually, do you still get an error or does everything work fine?

It worked!
Hmmm... I have a sneaking suspicion that ObjectDock is the culprit, since it replaces/hides the task bar.

Most likely delaying UltraMon startup will fix the problem, to do this, run regedit.exe, go to the key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version>', double-click on the AutoStartDelay value, select Decimal, then enter the number of seconds by which automatic startup should be delayed. I would try 10-20 seconds.
