We are currently looking into this software to see if it will solve some headaches for us.
One thing that doesn't appear to be able to be done is to set up a profile to clone two monitors.
Ultimately we have a lot of laptops that hook up to projectors. We would like to have a profile set up so that our end user and plug into the projector and click on the profile in order to be able to view a presentation on the projector.
Is there a way to do this?

UltraMon can't do this, you would need to switch to clone mode via the software for the video card.
UltraMon has its own mirroring feature, which can be started/stopped via the UltraMon menu or a hotkey, but this is done in software and will be slower than the video card's clone mode.
