To set this up, right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and configure settings as desired.
Please note that this will only work if you launch the application via the customized shortcut.

About this customisation I know. Whether probably to open with the concrete program of video a file?
Excuse for my English.

I think what they're talking about is a file whose filetype points to a certain program to open with.
In this case I imagine you would have to make a shortcut to the file, not to the program that opens the file.
For example on mine I have a few with the 'Target' line of the shortcut is like this, all on one line:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\JetAudio\JetAudio.exe" http://www.hbr1.com/playlist/trance.pls
Instead of saving just a .pls file I have a shortcut to the .exe file, with additional arguments (instructions) defined to make the executable open the remote .pls file.
So, if you have a .doc (document) file to open, you could make a shortcut to it, where you could set the UltraMon tab how you want in the shortcut not the document.
If you just open the document directly, I imagine it would just open on the main screen.

Ok, I see how this doesn't work.
For a shortcut that has this in the 'Target' field:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3\program\scalc.exe" "M:\storage\docs\Business_Records\Inventory\Inventory2.ods"
As soon as you tell Ultramon to change the window, you lose the ability to pass arguments to the program because it changes the 'Target' field to:
"C:\Program Files\UltraMon\UltraMonShortcuts.exe" /l C:\ProgramData\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\ShellShortcuts\scalc.umshortcut
I guess this would be a question for the developers to see why UltraMon can't handle arguments when it takes over a shortcut.

So, instead of: "Please note that this will only work if you launch the application via the customized shortcut."
it should be:
Please note that this will only work if you launch the application via the customized shortcut AND YOU DON'T PASS ARGUMENTS TO THE APPLICATION

Arguments will work fine, but you'll need to add them before you configure UltraMon settings for the shortcut. You could also edit the .umshortcut file the customized shortcut points to, to do this right-click the .umshortcut file and select Edit from the menu.
