Hello,
I have UtraMon on my main computer and was also using it on my second computer. It stopped working on my second computer and said the trial period has ened, which seems curious since I've been using it for years, and it still work on my first computer. I tried to enter the registration number I got off the web site from my account information but it did not work (even though I still have it working on my main computer). Anyway, I could not resolve that so I decided to pay the $36.95 for the second computer and be done with it.
Well, when I clicked on "pay" I got sent to the Saferpay web site and the following message:
Redirection "MasterCard SecureCode"
Your MasterCard card is"MasterCard SecureCode"enrolled.
You will be transferred to your card-issuing bank for identification purposes. Thereafter, the result of your payment will be displayed in the Saferpay window.
My credit card company does not know what this is. The thing is the page just hung there and nothing happened. So it's not clear the transaction went through and I did not receive an email with the registration code.
Can someone advise? Thanks.
