greetings,
Here is my situation, my laptop is running ultramon with a vga lcd connected to the back, the laptop LCD is always primary and cant be swapped to secondary, I use a DVR remote client program that takes over the entire primary screen space. is there anyway to make it so nothing else will spawn on the primary screen as long as my dvr client is running, i can still get to the taskbar to swap the programs to 2nd screen but it is rather inconveinent to do so. thanks

UltraMon currently doesn't support this, will be considered for a future release.
You could create a Move Window hotkey via UltraMon Options > Hotkeys and use that to quickly move applications to the other monitor.
Regarding changing the primary: this should still be possible via the software for the video card, usually you'll have an entry for this under Start Menu > Control Panel.
