I just installed the latest version of UltraMon on Win 7. I do not have the Ultramon tabs in the properties dialog for ANY program, I've checked 5-10. I tried disabling/enabling this feature, rebooting, uninistalling/reinstalling the program.

Never mind, it was user error. I was looking at the properties for an .exe not a .lnk.
