The open source software 'Console' (v. 2.00.146) does not send to the next monitor using the shortcut in the top bar, or through hotkeys. It will simply go to the edge of the screen instead.

Since it's only a single program, I would argue it's something w/ the way Console is written, but can this compatibility be looked into?

I discovered a feature that was enabled to make the window snap to desktop edges. Turning this off allows the window to be sent from monitor to monitor. Nevermind!
