I'm a big fan of Ultramon. However, I've encountered a problem that I'm looking for a work-around for.
When I use my laptop to drive a projector in a conference room, I rely on Ultramon's mirroring capabilities. However, periodically, I'll forget to connect the projector to my laptop's external monitor port prior to invoking mirroring. When I make this mistake, Ultramon appears to lock up the laptop. (It's not a complete lockup. However, the displays are not fully syncronized, they largely remain black, with a mouse cursor periodically trailing through.)
Is there a keyboard sequence or other recovery sequence I can employ to recover the laptop, rather than rebooting the whole laptop?

I'll look into this for a later release, mirroring should detect if the monitor is present or not.
As a workaround you could set up a start/stop mirroring hotkey under UltraMon Options > Hotkeys, then use that to stop mirroring when the issue occurs.
