I just installed Win7 64-bit in a two-monitor setup. When something's open in the left monitor, clicking the "move" button has no effect (the screen kind of blinks but doesn't move). It works properly on right-monitor screens. Interestingly, though, I can move a maximized screen left to right with my mouse, and it will maximize into the right monitor -- I thought you had to take a window out of maximize to move it.

Let me know if you get this again. A couple of users have reported the same issue, usually after connecting to the system remotely.
