I have auto hide set on the primary and "same as" set on secondary. When I want to re-activate an app, I want both taskbars to unhide when my mouse is at the bottom of either monitor. Is this configuration possible with Ultramon?

Unfortunately no, I'm going to look into this for a future release but don't know yet if this is possible.
