I am using ultramon on Windows 7 with a two 22 inch monitors. The taskbar on the secondary display only show small icons though the primary task bar shows full size icons. i have tried to repair by re-installing the ultramon and also playing with all taskbar settings to no avail. Curiously the problem mysteriously appeared since the taskbar was working fine previously in windows 7.

Which version of UltraMon are you using?

you suggested that: Most likely you're running UltraMon in Vista compatibility mode, to change this go to C:\Program Files\UltraMon, right-click UltraMon.exe and select Properties from the menu, then select the Compatibility tab and uncheck 'Run this program in compatibility mode'.
You are correct! Problem solved.
