I really dont know what the culprit is here but when I open some (only some) applications my cursor is invisible on my primary and visible on my secondary monitor. (The offending programs are Quicktime 5, Flash 5 and After Effects 5.) If I use Ultramon to change my secondary for my primary (and then back again) everything is ok again. This is a bit of a pain every time though.
Here is my setup:
primary - Elsa Gloria II using Samsung 900nf
secondary - Powercolor (Geforce2mx pro)using Viewsonic PT770
I am using the nVidia reference drivers on both cards in order to fool my system into thinking the second card is a Elsa Gladiac 511mx (since it is exactly the same card essentially (but cheaper). The reason for doing this is that (unfortunately) the Elsa Gloria II doesnt seem to want to play with anything but other Elsa cards.
Other info:
using Ulramon2 on Win2K with a dual PIII 800
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like some problem with overlays, I would try different drivers (newer or older).
