Using Ultramon 3.1.0 on W7x64 with 3 monitors.
My Home, task tray etc is on the middle monitor and smart task bar is visible correctly across left and right monitors however only the right monitor shows the windows in the taskbar for that monitor.
The left monitor does not. The left monitor's windows seem to live on the middle monitor's taskbar.
Interestingly the Smart Taskbar context menu shows neither disable nor enable indicators. The text is there but unlike the Set Primary context menu there is no dot to indicate Disabled or Enabled on the left of the text.
Any advice or additional information I can help give?
Regards

Please send me your UltraMon settings to support@realtimesoft.com, and also include the system information from UltraMon menu > About.
To save the UltraMon settings to a file, run regedit.exe, then right-click the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon and select Export from the menu to save the settings to a .reg file.

Thanks for the reply!
I found out what the problem was.
The left hand monitor hadn't been properly initialised by W7 by the tie Ultramon ran at boot up.
I unplugged the dvi for it, waited for windows to reconfigre the desktop and beep (hardware lost), then plugged it back in; windows once again reconfigured the desktop and it beeped (hardware found).
Smart task bar appeared a few moments later and now all windows dragged to it have their appropriate 'button' in the task bar. Woo hoo!
In case it helps anyone this is a 3 monitor set up through an Ati card (HD5xxx) but I haven't enabled hydravision. I just used the windows 7 display properties.
It apparently takes a few moments for the ati card to supply the system with the new display becuase it has to initialise and test the display port - which like many - i have plugged into an active convertor to a dual-link DVI and this can cause problems during boot up.
I'm guessing it wasn't fully initialised when Ultramon did it's stuff after boot.
