I am moving from a 2 monitor setup to a 4 monitor setup (4 x Dell SP2309W).

I have a GeForce 8800 GT which is obviously long in the tooth, but fine for business stuff. What would people recommend here (for < $250) that would give me better performance for the odd game I play; but work fine in a dual card setup with the GeForce 8800 GT.

Thanks!

Chris

Geforce GTX460 should fit your price tag if the usual £=$ applies.

Stunningly quick card (I have two Zotac GTX460's overclocked and watercooled running 4 monitors). They dynamically adjust the core and memory speeds as needed for what is asked of them. MSI Afterburner (free) is the best utility for setting them up.

Just one thing to consider: Like the 8800 they MUST have a full 16-bit PCI-E slot. Make sure your motherboard is not going to share 'data lanes' if you add another card - sorry can't help on the Dell, but that one bit me on two 8800GTX's on an intel BadAxe2 M/B).
