I'm seriously considering purchasing this product, but at $40 for basically a slight (but very useful) OS tweak, it needs to be flawless.
I run windows 7 on two different computers and this product is just inconsistent between applications and monitors. On Google chrome or Trillian, for example, the buttons (switching windows from screen to screen) do not show up at all. On Skype, the added buttons directly overlay the Windows 7 native buttons, making it difficult to press the right button (closing the app is difficult, for example). The taskbar on the second monitor does not behave like the taskbar in the first and native taskbar (it does not overlay multiple instances of the same application).
I like the product and appreciate what it is trying to do, any word on when these fixes will happen?

This is due to the custom window title bars used by those applications, unfortunately UltraMon usually can't add window buttons to applications with custom title bars. For Skype there's an easy fix, go to Skype Options, then change Visual Style to Classic Windows.
Support for new Windows 7 taskbar features will be considered for a future release.
