Did they remove this button from the right-click menu? When I was using WinXP it still had it. Now I'm using Win7 and it's not there anymore. How do I get it back?

Are you right-clicking a task button on the main taskbar? If yes, you'll need to press SHIFT while right-clicking the button to get the menu with the UltraMon commands.

Oh, but is this something new? When I was using WinXP I didn't have to press the shift button first. Can I change it back to the way it was before?

This is new for the Windows 7 taskbar, UltraMon taskbars still have the old behavior. I'm not aware of a way to change this.
