I changed Matrox PowerDesk settings to make all apps open on monitor 2, and since doing so, the small window that displays the 3 boxes representing which monitor to move the selected window to always opens on that monitor as defined by Matrox PowerDesk, rather than staying up near the toolbar button like it had previously.
Seems the Matrox software thinks that selection pop-up is a new app.

I'll look into this for the next release, it should be possible to prevent PowerDesk from moving the Choose Monitor window.
