A client which has a Windows XP Pro computer with dual monitors is having problems when accessing a remote Citrix based application in that they can't move the Internet Explorer / Citrix based application to the second monitor. The IE screen simply freezes when trying to move it to the second monitor and it is only viewable on the primary monitor.
Will Ultramon resolve this problem?

UltraMon can't help with this, sounds like an issue with Citrix or a compatibility issue with IE.
