Ok second post in 15 minutes sorry for that.
But the reason my windows on my second monitor not get restored is because i dont have this setting anymore ?
select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Display tab
So i cant tell the windows to stay.
windows 7 is the OS.

UltraMon can't add its tabs to all types of shortcuts, as a workaround you could create a new shortcut for the application via UltraMon menu > Shortcuts.
