I am running ultramon version 3.0.10. I have Office 2007 with service pack 2 installed. I am running XP SP3.
The problem I am having is that all Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT, etc) do not show the "minimize" button. Where the minimize button should be, the Ultramon "chose monitor" button exists instead. If I disable Ultramon, the "chose monitor" button disappears, and the minimize button is visible. It is as if the "choose" is positioned right over the minimize button and needs shifted over to the left a little bit.
The perplexing thing is that I just reinstalled my OS and all of my software - and have the same exact setup as before (including hardware). BUT, I didn't have this problem before. The only thing that is now different is that I have the newest version of Ultramon installed....but I couldn't tell you the previous version was (it was a few months old).
This problem does not happen with other programs. Only in Office programs.
Thanks for any ideas you might have to try.

Update: It's fixed. After a series of restarts and disabling/enabling/toggling the "themes" process a few times, somehow it managed to correct itself, one program at a time no less.

Update II:
So the problem occurs when themes process is disabled in XP. If I disable themes, the "move" button sits on top of the minimize button (if one is careful with the mouse, you can click on the minimize button while it is behind the "move" button - there is about a 2-pixel area to do so). And, it only does this in Office 2007 programs.
Sorry for the disjointed posts.

I've been able to reproduce the issue, I'll look into this for a later release but am not sure if a fix is possible.
As a workaround, instead of disabling the Themes service you could switch to the Windows Classic visual style via Control Panel > Display > Appearance.

OK thanks! That does fix the issue.
