I'm currently using UltraMon 3.0.10 on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit PC. I have an Asus 21.5" LED as my primary and an Acer 17" as my secondary. At any given moment my PC reboots at random. It can be while I'm working on something or if my computer is idle. My motherboard is an Intel DH55TC with an i3 processor. I switched over from DisplayFusion because I experienced the same issue with that but it seems to have followed me to UltraMon as well. Any ideas?

Seems unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon, sounds more like a driver issue.
A couple of things you can try:
- go to Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Settings and uncheck 'Automatically restart'. This way you'll see the error which caused the system restart
- check if you still have the issue without UltraMon running or installed
