In an older version of UltraMon, i was able to do a combo of holding down a key and then clicking my center mouse button on a window to move it. This was the feature of ultramon i used the MOST by far... where'd it go? also, i used to be able to map a shortcut to send a window to a spacific monitor. Now the only options are next, previous or primary. Will this be fixed? Or will i have to stick to the old version?

These features have been replaced by the new window management features (custom window buttons, custom menu commands and dragging maximized windows).
'Move to specific monitor' hotkey: currently there are no plans to add this feature again. Please let me know why you prefer it over the next/previous hotkeys. How many monitors are you using?
Move window with wheel button: if you have purchased UltraMon, please send a mail to support@realtimesoft.com with your registration information, I can send you a small add-on app that does this.
