Is there a keyboard shortcut or a way to create a keyboard shortcut to move your current program screen to the other monitor? I have been using a different multi-monitor taskbar software that allowed you to do this with ctrl+alt+right_or_left_arrow.

You can set this up via UltraMon Options > Hotkeys, look for the Move Window actions.
