Hello, I bought Ultramon3 a while ago and I find it really helpful in dealing with my three Mons.
Right from the start, I've Installed TrueLaunchBar as well in order to be able to quicklaunch apps from any of my Mons.
I use SmartTaskbar in STANDARD mode in order to show tasks from the monitor it is on.
I'd like TLB to also launch Apps on the monitor the SmartTaskBar is on. I.e.: if I click on the TLB's shortcut for MSWord on Monitor1, I'd like Word to open in Monitor1, if I click on the TLB's shortcut for MSWord on Monitor3, I'd like Word to open on Monitor3...
Is this possible at all? I've tried to tweak options in UltraMon and TLB but didn't succeed yet.
I think that this would be extremely valuable: a great timesaver and increase in productivity!
Indeed, for the time being, everytime I quicklaunch a new app, I have to either drag and drop it to the right Mon or I have to use the "move window button" or HotKeys. I therefore waste many clicks and mouse mooves...
In advance thank you for your advice. And thank you for the great Ultramon app!
Cheers

To set this up, right-click the application's shortcut, select Properties, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and set the 'on monitor' option to Monitor with Mouse.
If the shortcut doesn't have the UltraMon tabs, for example this is the case with the Office applications, you would need to create a new shortcut for the application via UltraMon menu > Shortcuts.

Xcellent!
Thank you Christian!
I modified all shortcuts and it now opens on their respective monitors... cool!
ONly bug: it does not always work when opening a SECOND window of the same app. 3 cases:
1) sometimes it works e.g. MS NoteBook 2) sometimes nd window does not open e.g. Arcsoft PhotoStudio 3) sometimes it works but 2nd window appears on same monitor as the one the first window was previously opened.
Anyway... thanks to the new shortcuts, my navigation is much improved 90% of the time.
Thanks
Best regards

Unfortunately there is currently no fix for 3), this depends on how the application handles multiple instances.
2) is application-specific, for example PhotoStudio only allows a single instance, you'll get the same behavior when trying to launch multiple instances via an unmodified shortcut.
