When looking at the properties of a short cut, the Ultramon tab does not show up.
This is a Windows 7 Pro PC

You'll get this with some shortcuts, for example with Office applications. If the Target field of the shortcut is grayed out, UltraMon won't be able to add its tabs.
As a workaround you could create a new shortcut for the application via UltraMon menu > Shortcuts.
