This doesn't happen all the time, but why when I have a program in the secondary monitor I click on a drop-down menu and it shows on the primary monitor? I have a monitor plugged into my laptop, I read that you can't make the 'removable" monitor the primary so the primary is my laptop monitor. Ok, any help please?

You'll get this with some applications, unfortunately UltraMon can't help, this would need to be fixed in the application.
One thing you can try is to move the secondary monitor to the right of the primary via UltraMon menu > Display Settings, some applications only have this issue if the secondary is to the left of the primary (meaning it uses negative screen coordinates).
