Hi,
After moving a window to my 2nd monitor, it eventually ends up as the default monitor for that program and I cannot get it to launch on my primary monitor any more. This is happening right now with Firefox and can't figure out how to move it back.

Try un-maximizing the Firefox window, then move it to the primary monitor, maximize it again and close it there, usually this will fix the problem for Firefox.
