When i minimize outlook it disapear from the second monitor task bar. Previous versions from ultramon had shown outlook in the task bar!?

Sounds like you have Outlook's minimize to system tray option enabled, to disable this right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray, then uncheck 'Hide When Minimized'.
