In windows 7 when I pin a shortcut to my taskbar the icons will stack. But once I right click the shortcut to configure it to open on the second monitor the icons no longer stack. Is there is fix for this?

There's probably no fix for this, UltraMon changes the target of the shortcut when you configure custom settings, that's probably what causes the behavior.
