3.0.10 and later require a version 3 license, version 2 registration codes won't work:

- version 2 license purchased after Mar 30, 2007: your license has been upgraded to version 3 for free, click here to get your updated registration code. The new registration code is backwards-compatible and will also work with earlier releases of UltraMon

- version 2 license purchased before Mar 30, 2007: an upgrade to version 3 is available at a 50% discount, click here to purchase the upgrade. You'll need to use your account e-mail address when ordering, otherwise our ordering system won't find your existing licenses and won't let you purchase the upgrade

If you're not sure if you already have a version 3 license or if your license was upgraded for free, login to your account to review your orders.

What's the error message you get? The link works fine for me.

The link now works, didn't last night and this morning. But it asks me to 'login', and I used the email that I used when I purchased the software, and what I guessed was the password. and no luck logging in.

I then asked to have the password emailed to that account (it is still an active account); and no password sent.

help?

Jon
